In 2003, the company was renamed Heavy Engineering Industries & Shipbuilding Co. K.S.C. (Public), positioning itself as a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracting company in Kuwait. In 2024, HEISCO proudly celebrated its 50th anniversary, commemorating five decades of excellence, innovation, and growth.
