Gulf Dredging & General Contracting Company KSCC was established as a Joint Shareholding Company between the Government of Kuwait and Ballast Nedamof the Netherlands in 1975.
Initially, Gulf Dredging (GD) focused on meeting the growing demand for dredging services in and around Kuwait. GD's fleet of dredging equipment help edit establish a strong foothold in the industry. As the years went by, GD continued to evolve and grow. In 1980, GD made the strategic decision to diversify its operations, expanding into other areas of marine construction.
Today, GD is a leading provider of dredging services, including but not limited to dredging, marine transportation, and infrastructure development for various industries. With a wealth of expertise in the industry and resources, the company is dedicated to providing top-notch solutions that satisfy each client's demands. GD has established branches in theKingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq, effectively catering to clients' requirements in these areas. Additionally, GD is active in Qatar and the Sultanate of Oman.
